The web portal zbaszyn1938.pl has already existed for over 11 years. Beside that website, The Foundation TRES has carried out numerous events of different kinds: educational, artistic, publishing and scientific – bringing closer the history of the Jews expelled from Germany to Zbąszyń in 1938. We have met with people from all around the world who asked about the traces of their relatives in Zbąszyń, having got in touch with us. We provide a tool for all interested in the fate of the Jews deported to our town to search through the material available in Polish archival collections. The access to further historical sources on this website will be successively extended.
